Oh Darling

I'll always remember how

We first came about

I couldn't have been more happy

Nothing lasts forever

But I hope we can try

Oh darling, oh darling

You don't know what you do to me

The way you make me feel

Is something that can never be beat

Like a beautiful sunrise

You brighten my day

Even with clouded skies

You somehow find a way

To make me feel so damn good

Oh darling, Oh darling

I just hope you can see

That we should connect our hearts

I hope you truly like me!  

I just can't believe how

You take me away

From all the evils

In today's society 

Oh darling, Oh darling

You are all that I need

To get me through tomorrow

Won't you stay a while?
