I've found my place, will you come join me

My Sanctuary

After a rain storm

First sight of sunlight

Dark clouds have parted

For the evenings delight

Thoughts can't be reached

At this gorgeous time

Just take a deep breath

Welcome to My Sanctuary

It's been so long

Since I've been alone

Can't find a lover

To join me here

Will I ever?

Chilly evening's sunset

Taking in the scenery

Nature's so beautiful

Wish you were here with me

Crisp smell of spring

Flutters through my nostrils

Just take one breath and see

Welcome to My Sanctuary

It's been forever

Since I've been sheltered

Inside my head

I found My Sanctuary

Will you join me on this adventure?

They say April showers

Bring May flowers

I've holding the perfect one

With your name attached to it

They consume me as I try to think

Of how peaceful it is here

Just follow me for one night

I can't recall

When the sky looked so inviting

Let's go reach the top

I'll hold you close

She'll never visit my wonderful place

Change happens frequently

But I don't want this feeling to end

Although it lasts for a couple hours

It's the happiest time to be found

Thoughts can't be reached

At this gorgeous place in my head

Just close your eyes and imagine

It's been so long

Since I've been terrified

Of what lies ahead of time

I'd much rather not go in along
